This is a very professional agency. The staff are on top of all of their responsibilities. The staff look after the owners of rental properties like the properties were their own and the tenants are treated with respect and dignity. I would recommend this agency to any person either looking to sell a property as the principal always looks to get the best price for her clients while if you are a buyer, they are honest, truthful and always there to help you through the buying process. I rented a property from this agency and they were on top of their inspections all the time and fixed any issues I had in a very efficient manner. The communication between me as a renter and Century 21 Progress Real Estate was better then any I had experienced before as a tenant. When it came time for me to buy my first property, the staff we so helpful in finding me a place that I could call home that I could afford. They talked me through all of the paperwork that I needed to do as a first home buyer and helped me with all the paperwork that I had to do to get the first home owners assistance, they just seemed to know it all, the staff made a very stressful time much less stressful and allowed me and my partner to enjoy becoming owners of our own home.
